A 12-metre infinity pool runs along the edge of a private jungle, with Mount Agung on the horizon and the faint sound of a river. A butler and daily housekeeping are included. A private chef can cook for you at the villa. Ten minutes from Ubud Center THE HOUSE Everything is on one level — no stairs anywhere, which is rare for a jungle villa in this part of Bali. Ceilings rise to three metres, and the house is built from teak, galam wood, bamboo, marble, natural stone and Jimbaran stone. The living area opens onto the pool terrace, with a 65-inch TV, a Bose sound system and air conditioning. The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The dining table is four metres long and seats twelve. THE BEDROOMS Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and its own design. They are deliberately equal — no master suite and no leftover room. Every bed is 180cm. Three of the bathrooms have double showers and double basins. Agung — looks out to Mount Agung, the family temple and the pool. Large wardrobes, double shower facing the garden. Wana — open bathroom with a freestanding tub and two showers. Its own balcony. Langit — walk-in shower under high skylights, garden view. Taman — opens onto its own walled garden, green on every side. Bambu — opens onto its own walled garden, green on every side. Padi — two single beds joined as one large bed. We can separate them if you tell us before you arrive. THE POOL TERRACE A 12 × 4 m infinity pool along the jungle edge, with 150 m² of terrace around it. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a pool bar with a fridge for your own drinks. Every day the team sets out a dispenser of fresh lime water at the bar. The terrace is large enough to clear and use for something else. We have hosted yoga for twelve out here, and it works just as well for sound healing or a long lunch. A private chef for a single dinner or the whole stay — French, Italian, Mediterranean, Indonesian or Western. Airport transfers, drivers, massage, yoga teachers and day trips. Ask the butler a day ahead and it's arranged. The whole villa is yours — it is never shared with another booking, and nothing is held back for the owner. Our team uses a separate entrance and their own service room, so they come and go without passing through your space. Most of the time you won't know they're there. The road reaches the gate — a twelve-seat minivan parks at the entrance without any trouble. Your butler is your contact for everything: check-in, housekeeping times, the chef, drivers and anything else you need during the stay. Housekeeping comes every day for three to four hours, at times you agree with the butler. · This is a jungle property. Expect geckos, birds at first light and the occasional insect indoors. The villa is cleaned daily, but it is open to nature by design. · There is a family temple on the property, and it is in use. Please don't sit or place anything on the shrines. · No parties or events, and no guests beyond the twelve on the booking. The villa sits in a residential village and we are strict about this. Infants under 2 don't count towards the total, and a cot is available — let us know in advance. · There are 2 exterior security cameras: driveway, road, pool terrace. None cover any indoor space, bedroom, bathroom or the outdoor shower. · Smoking is allowed outdoors only. · Breakfast, the chef and other extras are added to your stay and settled through us before check-out.
